On Saturday, we boarded a plane with the other Baylor Bears to go to San Diego for the Holiday Bowl! We were so excited to get to go to California!!!
Before landing, Kole took a moment to read up on the safety features of our aircraft.
When we arrived, we got to our rooms. We had two rooms adjoining each other. So we put the kids in one and us in the other.
We got all unpacked and checked out our hotel. It was HUGE!!! Lots to see and lots to do. They even had basketball courts to play on.
That evening, there was a welcome dinner for the players, coaches, and all of the families. We went to dinner, then headed to the room. Even though it was only about 7pm, our bodies thought it was 9pm! We went to sleep with excitement of things to come.
