Last night was Kade's first flag football game. He was so excited to finally get to play a game (and not just go to practice.) And Kade proved to entertain us all!!!
Before the game, we took an impromptu team picture...
Then it was kickoff time...
Kade actually ran down after he kicked it and recovered the ball...leading to our first touchdown!!!
This kid takes sports SERIOUSLY!!!! (He must be his parents' child!!!!)
This run down the side line led to another touchdown for the Bears...
Kade got called a few times for being too rough. He would stiff arm kids when they tried to pull his flag, and at one point, while on defense, he leveled one kid that he was blocking. (I think he might be ready for real football!!!!)

You didn't say whether the Bears won, but with Kade's determination we can't imagine otherwise. We are
so looking forward to seeing him
play when we see you in October.
Tell him don't accept any offers for the NFL until he at least gets
out of the first grade. Hope Keith
was there to see this. What a
