UPDATE: We went on Friday to see the ENT, and Weslie DOES NOT have any hearing issues!!!!! Praise Jesus!!!! He did give us a nasal spray to see if it will help with her snoring before we try a more invasive effort. So hopefully this will help her sleep better!!!
ORIGINAL: Before going to Alabama, I took Weslie to our pediatrician here in Texas to establish care, get her 4 year old checkup, and get any vaccinations that she needed for school.
Well, long story short, she is awesome. Doc said that he cant believe that she is doing as well as she is considering her condition and diagnosis. She ended up getting four shots...and didnt even cry. Amazing.
But she did fail her hearing test. And by fail, I think the docs words were, "She did bad...really bad." So we have an appointment to see an ENT to check that out. Hopefully it wont be anything. But we will see.
He also got us set up with a neurologist and a therapist. Wes will start with the therapist next week and will see the neurologist in October.
