This Christmas was the first one since Caton and I have been together (13 years!) that we spent Christmas Day at home with no one but us and the kids. It was different to say the least. Not bad, not good...just different.
So knowing that we would be on our own on Christmas morn...I had breakfast ready to go so that all we had to do was warm up the monkey bread, and throw the sausage & egg casserole in the oven while we played with the kids.
This was the loot that they woke up to:

Santa was VERY good to our babes. (Not pictured is the Xbox Kinect that Santa went ahead and set up for the children.)
This little boy was excited...and very overwhelmed...

But these two were old pros, and quickly opened all their gifts and were playing with everything...

(The "car" that Wes is on is a "PlasmaCar". You put your feet up on the front and twist the handles back and forth, and the car goes forward. Its actually pretty neat. And has probably been the most favorite gift of all this season.)
These boys were loving Christmas morning...

These boys were excited to play a new football game on the Xbox...

These boys got all tuckered out and had to take a nap...

And this was just a sweet pic of a sister giving a ride to her baby brother...
We were able to Facetime with KK on Christmas morning so that she could be "here" and get in on the action. Which was super neat.
We had a very Merry Christmas indeed!!!
