We have a few firsts going on in our house...and just to record them:
- last Thursday, Weslie's first tooth poked its ornery little head through. Bottom left. And by the way she is still cranky and drooling constantly...I am seeing a few more in her future soon.
- last night, Weslie took her first steps!!! She was leaning against the couch, and stepped out towards Caton...immediately falling on her face. But she did it...and didnt even get upset when she fell. However, at that time, Caton had a blanket on his head (playing with Kade???) and missed the "first steps" moment. So I propped Weslie back up...and she did it again!!! One step, and fell on her face....but luckily, that time, Caton WAS watching and was able to catch her.
Way to go Wes!!! You'll be walking before we know it!!!

but teething def. can be a hard thing for babies (and mommies!)
Yay Wes!! She'll probably be full on walking by the end of the month if not sooner. Boy is Bail going to have her hands full now when she babysits. :)
