Baylor Wives Trip

This year's Wives Trip was chosen to go to Baylor. So, on Thursday morning, KK came into town to watch the kids so that I could go with Caton to Waco for the game. On Friday, we headed to the airport to board the plane and flew to Waco. The flight was terrible!!! Tons of turbulence...so much at one point I completely lost my stomach and thought I was going to hurl!!! Not to mention I was seated in between Caton and another strength coach...which left little room for me in the middle (I think the combined weights of those two is OVER 600 lbs!!! thats alot of L-Bs!!!) Anyways, we made it to Waco, and boarded buses headed to the hotel.

Once there, I changed clothes and went to dinner with the other wives and selected guests...while Caton went and did the football thing. We went to a Mexican restaurant where the food was good, the margaritas were better, and the fellowship was wonderful!!! Nothing like enjoying a nice dinner with your buddies!!!

Then on Saturday, we got up, had breakfast and went to the game. The Tigers DID end up winning...but not before giving everyone a scare and allowing Baylor to be right there in it to win it until the very end.

We got back home around 9pm and were able to see Kade before he went to bed for the night. KK said that they had a great time and that both kids were really well behaved. Thanks KK for keeping them so Mommy could go with Daddy!!! Love you!!!
