Nativity

After decorating the tree the other night, I decided that I would put out our nativity scene. Now this is no ordinary nativity...you cant buy it in the stores and there will never be another one exactly like it, as my Aunt Jackie MADE it for me!!! She hand painted each figure and glued each jewel on one at a time. Just take a look and marvel at her craftsmanship. Then, after she had given it to me (a few Christmas' ago), Daddy made the stable for me. So I am so excited to FINALLY have a mantle to display it on...it is absolutely beautiful!!!

Here is a close up of the figures inside the stable...Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus, 3 shepards, 1 shepard boy, 3 Wise Men (they are the ones decked out with all the jewels on their clothes), the Angel and you can also see 2 sheep and a cow off to the right.
