This was our biggest secret for our Houston trip. I found this place online...about 40 minutes outside of Houston. So on Friday morning...we headed out to the Crocodile Encounter.
We were schooled on all things croc by the workers...that got into the pens with them! This girl even sat on this croc!!!
We all got to feed these HUGE turtles!!! It was really cool!
After more crocs and gators, we got to the touching part. This is a momma kangaroo...
...a bearded dragon...
...and a baby croc...
...and this was some black lizard...I can't remember...
Then the kids got to go into the breeding room and hold a 4 mo old baby gator!!!
It was one of the coolest things that we have done with the kids. They LOVED every second of it!! After heading back into Houston we found some lunch and went to the hotel to rest for the events to come!
