So with Caton's birthday came the expiration of his drivers license. It expired ON his bday and we had made plans to go that day to get both of our DL renewed.

Well you know what they say about the best laid plans....

We ended up NOT going to the DMV on Tuesday, and instead headed out on Wednesday with three kid in tow.

When we got to the counter, two ladies were helping us, inputting our information into the computer. All of the sudden, Caton's lady stops and says, "This license is expired! You're going to have to take the written and eye test!"

Caton tried to sweet talk her, since he was "only one day late.". But she was having none of it.

So after taking the tests, and (barely) passing, Caton is now a registered licensed KY driver.

The only thing funnier is if they would've made him take the driving test too!!! Oh good ole Kentucky. You get is every time.
