Landlords

That's right! As of November 1, Caton and I will be landlords!!!

With the move to KY literally taking a matter of 13 days from job offer/acceptance to move in, we knew that we wouldnt have any time to let the house sit on the market. So we decided to let it sit as a "For Sale or Lease" and see which one came about first.

Well, we got a call from our rental company...and a lady and her three little boys will be moving in on the 1st!!! Supposedly, the lady is super excited to have a yard and all for the kids to play in. AND we are excited that we wont have to float that mortgage and our rent payment in KY ever month!!!

Another answered prayer!
