Easter 2010

The Easter Bunny did in fact hop by the Caton house!!! Kade and Weslie were so excited to see what he had brought them...but with all the presents that they had already received for their birthdays...I think it may have been a bit of an over-kill.

But we still had fun.

We took a few pictures while waiting for everyone to get ready for Mass...


...then got a family shot as we stepped out the door...

After Mass, we came back to our house and hunted eggs outside ...

(as you can tell...Kade was super excited)...and notice the yellow gum in his mouth - the Easter Bunny thought it would be a good idea to give Kade 5 packs of Juicy Fruit (evidently the EB was having a moment when he/she bought said gum...and didnt think that the child might try to chew multiple pieces at once...but I digress)

There were about 50 or so eggs hidden for the kids to find...



...and I think we found about 30 of them (surprise, Caton...be on the look out when you are mowing the grass!!!)

All in all it was a wonderful day. We spent the afternoon at the baseball game...watching the Tigers win over the Baylor Bears. Then came home and grilled out some yummy steaks and baked some potatoes.

Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to Grandmomma and Grandaddy Caton (as they left back for AL this morning), but KK is staying until Thursday!!!

Hope everyone's Easter was as family-filled and happy as ours was!!!
