Weslie turned 9 months old on the 8th...and had her check up on Monday. Here are some highlights:
- 26 inches long - between the 5th - 10th percentile (she's a tiny peanut!!!)
- 17.6 lbs. - between the 25th - 50th percentile
- she can totally sit up unassisted
- she crawls like a madwoman
- she pulls up on EVERYTHING
- she cruises once up and standing
- she can feed herself puffs, wagon wheels, toast, biscuits
- she eats almost everything - and wants to try anything on our plates
- she is still exclusively a breast milk baby - hopefully we can make it 3 more months!!!
- she is trying to learn to drink from a sippy cup
- she is getting more and more movement out of her right hand...and can and will transfer objects to that hand and hold them
- she no longer needs her seat in the bathtub as she loves to sit up and play in the tub
- she is a total ham when I pull out the camera...smiling big and looking my way so I can get her picture
Happy 9 month birthday, baby girl. We are so lucky to have you in our lives. We love you so much!!!
