Keith's New Spotter
While Keith was lifting on Sunday, Kade and I went up there to see what was going on....and to let Kade expend some energy.
Kade decided that he wanted to help with the lifts (imagine THAT!!!). Here he is getting Keith ready to lift 585 lbs.

Too cute! I bet Kade does an exceptional job!
Now is the 585 with or without Kade hanging on the bar? Kade looks like he's going up with the bar in that second one! SO CUTE!
